Kitchen Project - Wetherby

The main cabinet wall contains an American style fridge freezer and Miele appliances. The sink area has a mirror fitted behind the sink reflecting the garden space. To the left of the sink is a larder cupboard with carved lettering detail on the drawers, a cool granite worktop, and curved shelves for easy access. The larder cupboard designed especially for this kitchen provides balance to the other wall cabinetry.

The main focal point in the kitchen is the island, which has under-rail LED lighting around the plinth to provide subtle illumination for this cool, perch breakfast bar / dining area. The island contains a wine cooler as well as ample cupboards and drawer storage on the sink side.

The kitchen shaker cabinetry was hand painted in a Farrow and Ball Plummett, with some of the drawer fronts left with a clear finish over the wood. Stainlesss steel knobs and cup handles continue the modern contemporary feel to this kitchen.
